Tracks staff transactions — like buying raw food material — against the monthly budget allocated per tender agreement. The complicated part is the AI side: upload a tender document, mark the fields, and AI infers what belongs where, with a custom PDF editor built as fallback since AI alone isn't reliable enough yet.
